I’m going to start by it takes a lot for me to give a 4-5star review. I am one who brings my own sheets and linens everywhere I go. The only reason I can not give a full 5 stars here was because there were only 2 wash rags for a 4 night stay. They did provide laundry detergent and there was a coin operated laundry unit available that was very clean. They went out and bought me a fan to use during my stay! Like that was def top notch. It was great
I recently stayed in a San Cap managed Airbnb property and was very disappointed with the experience and would urge property owners and renters to consider elsewhere. You don't think about the rental agency unless something is wrong, and whilst there wasn't an emergency, I can't imagine having to navigate an actual emergency with these folks. Our rental property (with a 5 night minimum) did not have a working lock. So for 5 days, we could not lock the home at all. They said they would send a locksmith, they did not. Cleaning... read more
