We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The sound of the ocean along with the beautiful ocean views were just what we needed. The customer service was great. I am giving this a 5 star review because it is the first Airbnb we have rented and Captiva is so stunning. With that said there were a few cons. No access to South Seas amenities( which is stated in the listing) This is a 3 story walk up so we had to haul all our luggage up and down along with the beach wagon, chairs… there are no hot pads in the kitchen so we used the to... read more
Highly recommend! At first, I thought the cost for our stay on Sanibel Island was pricey, however compared with other prices on the island and nearby in Captiva, it was comparable. Our condo rental was perfectly situated near the beach, less than 5 minute walk, nicely kept and fairly quiet. LOTS OF SHELLS! It was a 30-minute walk to the main road on Periwinkle where shops and restaurants are located. About a 15-minute bike ride, Note Billy's bicycles can drop off and pick up your bikes to wherever you're staying. On-site par... read more

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The porch overlooking the beach was perfect. It had everything we needed. We cooked and ate and had everything we needed. The resort was beautiful. We loved the main pool and cabana. The food and drinks were so good. Sanibel is one of our favorites and the island has recovered so well.
