The rabbit rd home is perfect for the six adults. Lots of stairs so keep that in mind. The kitchen is well equipped. The proximity to the beach is perfect. We had some issues with the pool but San cap vacations were quick to respond and resolve the issues. Raydel the pool man was really nice and knowledgeable. We were there for a month so we got to know many people. We did use the tween waters parking pass at least once a week. Lunch is excellent there.
