I went to withdraw my funds and one of the tellers asked me: " may I ask what are you using the funds for"! I was shocked. I replied:"Ma'am this is my commission..as you can see I chose your bank to deposit my funds from a local title company, who also has you as their bank". I felt very uncomfortable and may take my "business elsewhere ". I felt like Julia Roberts in the movie shopping at that designer store and was profiled.
Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren jederzeit super freundlich und haben alle bestehenden Probleme unmittelbar zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Ich kann nur empfehlen, wenn Sie neu in der Gegend sind und eine Bank und ein Konto brauchen Ist diese Bank mit Abstand aus meiner Sicht die unproblematischste. Danke für eine so gute Kundenbetreuung, machen Sie weiter so.
Edit-This bank is a COMPLETE joke. New banking app isn't working. Cant even get into account. Tjey do not answer phone when bank is open!!! Srill no "tap" option on card. Im done. Online banking app NEVER works. Why have one when customer service says google them and use it that way. Card never works for online purchases. All other banks are much superior. Put your money in a real bank.
