Online banking app NEVER works. Card never works for o line purchases. All other banks are much superior. Put your money in a real bank.
They made we spend almost 1.5 years telling us that our loan process are running well and in two days changed their minds and refuse. They can do that but after more than a year telling us that everything are running well??? I don’t believe any more in this bank. disappointment, they pretended to be partners and disappointed us, they were fake
The Senior Vice President talks to you like you’re dumb and messed up a really important wire, days before my daughters birthday by not confirming the information after i called and provided the correct information (the first time was my issue). Then he acted like i was an inconvenience in his sarcastic email reply. I used to love this bank. Now their senior management talks trash about their customers. He accidentally CCed me on an email a few months ago, which is attached. He cannot take responsibility and make a basic apo... read more
