Edit-This bank is a COMPLETE joke. New banking app isn't working. Cant even get into account. Tjey do not answer phone when bank is open!!! Srill no "tap" option on card. Im done. Online banking app NEVER works. Why have one when customer service says google them and use it that way. Card never works for online purchases. All other banks are much superior. Put your money in a real bank.

I was treated like a scammer after they locked me out of my online account. After verifying every single security question and providing previous address and current and social she still thought I was criminal. I said I have all my paperwork and passport and all government legal documents to prove who I am. She would not accept.
