Absolutely amazing service I’m so grateful so talented. My hair looks amazing and I feel great.
I booked my appointment over a month prior for my anniversary. I put a $100 deposit and my appointment was confirmed with the stylist. The day BEFORE my appointment she told me she double booked me. I continually saw her social media of her mentioning double booking a client, however she never mentioned it to me until the day before. She tried having me come a different day completely. Personally this was a overall unprofessional experience.
Horrible customer service. Doesn't waste your time.
