I booked my appointment over a month prior for my anniversary. I put a $100 deposit and my appointment was confirmed with the stylist. The day BEFORE my appointment she told me she double booked me. I continually saw her social media of her mentioning double booking a client, however she never mentioned it to me until the day before. She tried having me come a different day completely. Personally this was a overall unprofessional experience.

I booked my appointment with Crystal and I am SO happy with how my hair came out. She was super quick and efficient with time but also made sure she took her time and left you leaving look right! I got a silk press with a deep conditioner and trim and I am so happy with my hair. She gave great advice on washing my hair whenever I go back to being natural.
