Very efficient and friendly. Fixed the problem in no time.
I've been having trouble with a Stuart Turner macerator I had installed last year. We previously had a saniflo, which worked for over 20 years with no problems. After an overhaul to our guest bathroom, we changed the macerator, and have had nothing but problems since. Shower not draining, waste water coming up through shower drain, it was very unpleasant. We had at least 4 tries at fixing the problem, with no joy. Finally we called Sanitech, and he immediately said to replace the Stuart Turner with a saniflo, I was sceptical... read more
