I was very impressed with the professional, work by Sani Effect for the mold remediation. The technician is very experienced and kept the work very neat and clean, the owner is very knowledgeable and gave thoughtful advices. Communication is easy, friendly and responsive. Sani Effect is highly recommended!

Armando was prompt and explained what needed to be done. He was very detailed on the steps to take in order for this to work. Armando was also informed about my illnesses and my Mothers . We were told we would need to leave the house for 15 minutes while the workers were spraying the home ! Armando arrived with shoe covers on he also said we wouldn’t have to cover anything because the spray is safe . His workers showed up early before the HVAC Company.
