I have never had a bad experience at the Sangudo vet since I’ve been coming here. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. The girl at the front desk, Jenna, always has a joke for me and I have never had a bad interaction with her. The vet tech and vet always takes such good care of my puppy. I would recommend Sangudo Vet everytime.
Great experience! All the employees are very nice and they helped my cat out when he was sick! The receptionist Jenna was very compassionate when talking with her! The other girls were very helpful!
The lady at the front is cold and rude. We used to love Sangudo early in 2024, now we wont be going back. I cannot believe the way staff talk to customers. Their lack of care is disgusting. Used to rave about Sangudo Vet Clinic, we got so many stray cats fixed there. Unfortunately, now we have a new vet because of our experience this year. Also, still waiting for my vet records I requested 4-6 months ago.
