The lady at the front is cold and rude. We used to love Sangudo early in 2024, now we wont be going back. I cannot believe the way staff talk to customers. Their lack of care is disgusting. Used to rave about Sangudo Vet Clinic, we got so many stray cats fixed there. Unfortunately, now we have a new vet because of our experience this year. Also, still waiting for my vet records I requested 4-6 months ago.

Big Kitty went into get neutered. The staff are very professional and friendly.
We had to put our little dog down last week and the room they had set up for us was comfortable for the dog and lights were low and a nice atmosphere to say goodbye to a 12.5 year old friend. The vet was very compassionate and didn’t use the word “DEAD” as like rocky rapids vet. Sanguodo pricing is great :)
