Heike, personally lied to me and lied to the roofer until she got caught. They tried to not pay out for damage from the April 4th hail storm in booneville. Literally every house in my neighborhood but mine and another received new roofs. It was my fault for not checking, but my wife rechecked our policy and come to find out, we had wind and hail storm damage coverage. Heike and team are amazing to work with. I first got a builders risk policy a few years ago and since then have shifted all insurance needs over to Heike! I highly recommend the wonderful customer service and overall care to ensure everything is setup correctly! Rates can always vary some and they can be slightly less if you don't use an agent, but it's worth it as they shop around and ensure your needs are met!
