We have had nothing buy trouble from this company!! We had a hail storm and the agent Haika said we did NOT have coverage and we trusted her. When a roofer came by and asked to see our policy, he discovered we did in fact have coverage. So 7 months later we got our roof repaired. Now they refuse to answer calls and it's absolutely horrible service. I believe need turned into the insurance commission at this point. Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else! Heike, personally lied to me and lied to the roofer until she got caught. They tried to not pay out for damage from the April 4th hail storm in booneville. Literally every house in my neighborhood but mine and another received new roofs. It was my fault for not checking, but my wife rechecked our policy and come to find out, we had wind and hail storm damage coverage. She is still telling us to send them an estimate and they will DECIDE what to pay out. This company is horrible and they may drop me but I am tired of getting ... read more
