Condos need updating, need better safety for children I stayed at one of these condos last summer and the nicest thing I can say is they had great beach access. The condos are individually owned. The furniture and appliances were not updated in the unit we stayed in. It was very disappointing. The entire unit was dingy and moldy feeling. It was also not a good place to stay with children. Many safety hazards.
best value on the island No the Sangria is not the fanciest establishment on SPI, but its definitely the best value. You can't get better beach access than offered by their first floor units. I love that you don't have to bring a thing other than food to cook in the fully stocked kitchen! I also love the privacy of the hot tub. I've been staying at the Sangria since family vacations when I was a teenager and now 10 years later, married with 2 of my own kids we are still staying here just about every summer!
