We were initially pretty nervous about a colonoscopy scheduled through Dr. Shetty, after colon cancer treatment. Once we met and spoke with Dr. Johnson, we knew we were in good hands. My referred apptmt was changed and I called to find out why. Right off the bat, the lady who answered was aggressive and hateful, told me not to spell my name to her and did not have a clue that a letter was sent to me changing the apptmt. Wildly incompetent office. I wouldn’t let these people wash my car, let alone cut me open. They can’t be trusted to keep basic paperwork in order. How they’re operating on people I’ll never know.
Dr. Herzog and his staff are very friendly and professional. We were blessed to have him work with my husband. We would suggest his professionalism to all who need it.
I was referred to this office through the VA Community Care. I had a growth in the middle right side of my back. The doctor that I was assigned was Dr Neil Banga. First impression: he was late to my appointment, and he quickly dismissed my concerns about the growth in my back, stating that "it was so small that he shouldn't even bother with it!"
