We were initially pretty nervous about a colonoscopy scheduled through Dr. Shetty, after colon cancer treatment. Once we met and spoke with Dr. Johnson, we knew we were in good hands. Dr. Johnson was very friendly, pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr. Johnson took the time to explain the procedure and the process. My referred apptmt was changed and I called to find out why. Right off the bat, the lady who answered was aggressive and hateful, told me not to spell my name to her and did not have a clue that a letter was sent to me changing the apptmt. I WILL NOT put my health in the hands of people who who hate their job and the people who come to them for help. E M Henderson Rye, CO

Wildly incompetent office. I wouldn’t let these people wash my car, let alone cut me open. They can’t be trusted to keep basic paperwork in order. How they’re operating on people I’ll never know.
