The worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical office. Not only were the physician and staff consistently rude and dismissive, but their level of negligence was truly alarming. Their bedside manner was completely lacking, especially when dealing with vulnerable patients. My 84-year-old mother, who suffers from dementia and other serious conditions, was left without her prescribed medications for weeks.
