Dr Kim is a good doctor but his staff has made it a living hell to actually understand and navigate basic information. After giving misleading information then promising to follow up, they leave you in the dark to fend for yourself. They are not a true partner in directing patients to the care they need. All the way from the call center reps who greet you on the phone with sarcasm all the way to the manager who makes empty promises to follow up with information.

I had foot pain for a few years now. Last time I went to the doctor for it at a different hospital they just wanted to give me injections without trying to find the root of the pain. It became manageable but within the last year it got worse and had affected my mobility moderately. I made an appointment with DR. Kim and he was able to pinpoint using x-rays exactly what the issue was: plantar fibromas and discover other issues I had as well. Had my Podiatry appt with Dr. Kim. I must say I'm glad I chose him. With his knowledge I am certain the foot problem I've had for several years will finally be resolved. Thank you Dr. Kim for answering my questions and concerns. And for shedding light on what may be the underlining problem associated with the foot.
