My car got stolen two years ago and the detective gave me the number to this impound lot where my car was. They were not allowed to give me any information without any paperwork (which was stolen along with the car) even though I have a police report. I get all that. Fine. What was not fine was how absolutely rude the employees were who answered the phone.
