Dana is extremely rude, defensive, and generally an unpleasant person. If someone called from this facility other than the ONE call received it would have shown up on a call log. Which imagine that....no other call was received. Shameful. Not to mention my other daughter saw your dismissive provider, Dr. Desena and that was an awful experience. Top notch excellent physician. Great bedside manner and knowledgeable. The whole office is welcoming and friendly. The echo person was excellent and kind , check in clerical was also welcoming . I can’t say enough about everyone there
