Dr Kim was hands down the most attentive and thorough provider I have had the pleasure interacting with. She and her staff are fabulous. Well worth the 7 hour round trip.
Clinically, Professionally & Medically it was OK, but, that rude Valet Parking was harsh, rude and very unprofessional. When I arrived at the Facility in the Parking area, I was yelled at, and harassed and shaken up by 2 of the attendance. After Parking I was and walking, they both a man and a black woman started yelling and disrespecting me for no apparent reason for not walking the way their confusing instructions were given to me.
I think everyone was great. Talk to us ' took time with us' couldn't ask for any better.
