Great doctors and nurses! Schedulers and their supervisor control your healthcare. You cannot get answers or ask questions without their approval. After 3 stents within 6 months and 3 hospital visits, they would not put me in touch with the nurse. Also, if I am under the care of a certain doctor, just released from the hospital, WHY should I have to travel 45 minutes to someone I have never met for a follow-up? Unacceptable.
