I have been a customer for over 20 + years. The last two years I have been seeing a pattern i don't like & it's inexcusable. I feel they are getting to busy to support customer needs. No call backs once you have paid service. Not very happy with the service anymore. I'll be looking for a change very soon.

I had been going there for close to ten years when they were downtown. They seemed to have a shift when they went up the mountain. The selection of frames seemed to shift from average priced designer frames to over priced no names. Well names, but not ones you'll know. The last lenses I got were probably the worst I've ever had. I paid for anti-glare, but the glare was so bad I was constantly staring at the reflection of my own eyes in them. I've never had that issue. For over $400, that shouldn't happen. I've been going to Sanger Eye Clinic for more than 40 years. I started with Dr. Sanger Sr., and now, Dr. Sanger Jr. I have some serious eye issues, and Dr. Sanger and his staff have always been very knowledgeable, and helpful towards me. I couldn't imagine trusting my eye sight to anyone else.

This clinic is extremely over priced glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses!! Plus the staff is not knowledgeable about helping you with the selection of eyeglasses. I wouldn’t recommend. Also the hours here are awful. And dr Sanger himself the “owner” is so rude to customers, I went in to get my eye glasses adjusted and he said my eyebrows aren’t lined up properly. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable that I never want to even go back to get them adjusted because he’s so ignorant. Like what an insult that was, I’m transf... read more
