Receptionist is nice. That is all that's good. We had an appointment at 3 and didn't get seen for an hour. The doctor kept chatting to people and playing in his phone. We walked out.
I have recurring problems with my cornea and have been visiting the clinic for a few years. I can usually get an appointment the same day when my eye is bothering me.
I had the worst experience I have ever had booking appointments. There are two doctors and only one exam room, so one doctor is just standing around the whole time. The receptionist is completely disorganized, she struggled to find files in the messy shelves. We waited OVER AN HOUR just to save a couple bucks. Don't waste your time here. They don't know how to treat people.
I have been a patient at Sanger Eye clink for a few years now. The staff is fantastic at the clinic. They have shown how much they care for their clients and their willingness to go the extra mile in taking the extra time/effort to make sure your needs are always met. I lost my glasses and wanted the same specific frame, Karrie went out of her way to find the same eye frame as it had been discontinued. She always calls to remind me that I am due for an Eye exam.
