Very proactive and listens. I truly appreciate the care and effort she has put towards my health for the last 5 years.
She has been my primary since taking over Dr Navani's practice. Attentive, responsive and proactive. If I need a test, she will order it. I make my appointments early in the morning, so I'm promptly seen. There is great communication using the mychart app or by simple calling her office. The secretaries are friendly and work diligently to get appointments set up for you. To date, my needs have been met.
