Buyer Beware! I contacted Sangamon Insurance to insure my home and auto. My auto was insured for a year. Near the end of the year, I received a notice that I was fined for not having insurance on the vehicle. I supplied my proof of insurance card from this agency to the motor vehicle department. The motor vehicle department said this was an incorrect proof of insurance as the vehicle information was wrong. I went to check the VIN on my vehicle to the card and it was wrong.
