This review is for Weatherization. I was on the list forever and was told that I was next but that they switched their program so thats what was taking so long. I told them about my furnace going out in November but still had to wait.. so I bought a new furnace right before Christmas having to borrow money. Only to have weatherization come out 2 months later and replace the furnace I just bought since 'it wasn't efficient enough'. The security guards in this building are very rude and not helpful. I was inquiring about vaccines for an upcoming trip abroad and was referred by the lady in the health department to SIU. On the outside of the building there is a sign that says SIU and I went back inside to go talk to them . The security guards kept telling me to go back into the health department. I kept trying to tell them I had already been in there and that the lady had referred me to SIU and that was what I was looking for. They started to get an attit... read more
