Truely disappointed with the receptionist. The way they cater to patient’s doubt and query over the phone was really unenthusiastic and disrespectful. Although the healthcare system is more than good. Hoping the authority will look into the matter closely.

The nurse or lab assistant who drew blood from my 3-month-old son behaved very badly. Their behavior was the worst. When my son cried, the nurse said, “nasak khuthiduga keigi kappino,” which hurt me deeply as a parent. At that moment, I felt like I should have stood up and complained, but I didn’t.
