Today I came in the hospital, I wa so please with the reception staffs because they were quit in helping me. Then the nurse in the semple collection room was very loving and caring I appreciate it. Then the doctor who came to take my blood semple was very fatherly. Thank you dear doctors and staff of Sangai health care.
Truely disappointed with the receptionist. The way they cater to patient’s doubt and query over the phone was really unenthusiastic and disrespectful. Although the healthcare system is more than good. Hoping the authority will look into the matter closely.
