My 12 yr old needed to have an extra tooth removed and we were both very nervous about oral surgery. Dr. Kim is the absolute best. He did the whole procedure in 25 mins and my child's feedback was: "That didn't even hurt," "That was way easier than when I got teeth pulled," "It doesn't even hurt now," (after the fact and the next day), "Dr. Kim is such a good doctor" Dr. Kim turned a nerve wracking situation into the easiest situation, with the easiest recovery and no pain!
Dr. Kim and his team are incredibly professional, respectful, and skilled.
Refused to give my kid antibiotics after surgery, resulting in serious infection and more trauma
Dr Kim is great but the billing practice is horrible. They charge the patience hundreds of dollars - in my case $500, ahead of time, even when the appointment was three months away. They made it sound like it's a pre-authorization. I understand that if the patient is a no-show, they should be compensated but they should only charge it when it happened.
