I had a very disappointing experience trying to see Dr. Sang Shin for a new patient appointment. First, the location was extremely difficult to find even GPS had me going in circles. When I arrived 11 minutes late (just one minute past their 10-minute grace period), I was told I had to reschedule. I work in healthcare myself I showed up in scrubs, explained the situation clearly, and was still turned away.
