Dismissing someone’s genuine tingling and numbness feelings in their left side is absolutely unprofessional and despicable treatment of a patient who is going through a health scare. You nurses need to do better and be better for your patients. I had a wonderful experience today at the ER and will use them the next time I have an emergency. Staff was attentive and very professional.
Somehow this ER has managed to hire the worst providers. Drive to Yankton or Sioux City for any pediatric issues. A $900 bill for these guys to miss a basic throat issue with a DO that doesn’t know how to many differential diagnosis and gets tunnel vision.
