We took time off work and drove 2 hours to bring our daughter down to Dr. Koleilat for an appointment we had to make 6 months in advance. We checked in and were told our appointment had been rescheduled for 2 weeks from now, the doc is OUT OF STATE, and they "left me a voice mail." Nope, they did not leave me a voice mail, or we wouldn't have driven down, now, would we! Absolute waste of time, PTO, and stress. No parking was available, hubby drove around for 20 minutes.

Highly recommend; The care and expertise of these professionals cannot be understated. 5th floor needs remodel but don't let that give you pause. The people here are top notch!
They don’t know how to answer their phones or return calls. To avoid no call no shows. They also don’t call for appointment reminders they only text you a reminder THEN you don’t have an option to even reschedule the appointment. It says call to reschedule. But like I said I have been calling alll week and no answer and no call back. I don’t have time to sit on the phone all day.
