If I could give a negative star I would. I have never seen such unprofessional people in my life. I was told I was having my surgery at 6am I showed up at 530am they had canceled my surgery and had already bumped two others into my spot by 530am but couldn’t call and tel me then I was told that it was because they had not received my physical report so I had to wait till 815am for surgery so at 8am I called my primary doctor and she stated that no one had got ahold of her for my records but she was going to fax them over to ... read more
They make sure you waste most of your day. Show up at "x" time ; then wait for 2 to 3 hours before your number is called.
Had a colonoscopy and endoscopy Monday, the Staff was BEYOND FRIENDLY, CARING!!! My husband was a frequent patient b4 he passed from cancer!! I would HIGHLY recommend your facility to anyone. THANK YOU!!!!
