Dr. Genereaux was wonderful as always, however the wait time was unacceptable. I arrived 10 minutes early to the appointment and I was not seen until 20 minutes after the scheduled time. 30 minute wait with a couple people in the lobby, and an empty frame viewing area. This was the worst experience I've had at Sanford since I moved to Fargo. Really disappointed.
Normally Jeff B takes care of me like a rock star. He was at the other location today. I am so impressed with how this group works as a total team approach. The service from check in, to prep, to Dr. exam, to glasses selection was a total homerun. You'll love this place!
Experience at the eye clinic with Dr Garvis and the team was just awesome to behold. Very listening and patient-oriented. Kudos to the team
