Usually a pretty great experience until today, a tech from the laboratory department said out loud "Covid is over and it was a myth anyways." Its really scary to have health care professionals who dont believe in science and facts and she should be investigated. (Thin, long blond stringy hair) Many people lost loved ones due to this pandemic and for someone to be a covid denier in this big year of 2025 is astounding.

Go somewhere else. For your own safety. I went to the ER and after 5 hrs and some lousy pain medication, I was still in pain, the Dr told me nothing they could do because the CT showed nothing. Even when I was telling him I was in excruciating abdominal pain they did nothing. A week later I had to go to sioux center hospital to be taken care of because I was still in pain. Sheldon's hospital did NOTHING and still charged me almost $9k. Go somewhere else if you can.

This is a horrible excuse for a hospital. If I had a broken foot, I would drive to OCAHS instead. I asked for an extra band aide after getting a finger poke and was refused one as my finger was DRIPPING blood. The ER is also the worst I have ever been to and was led by a PA! I could go on, but you get my point. Do NOT go here!
