Sanford sewing machine is the only place that I go for my machines. I have a Fife, a babylock and a 1956 Singer. They have never steered me wrong and SUPER helpful during this time of restrictions. You Rock!
charged me $110 for a tune-up that wasn't needed. had to take it to somebody else to find that the tension spring was broken. when I asked if they would show me how to wind the bobbin they told me to Google it weren't very helpful at all

Just bad customer service. Part of the machine was broken and they didn’t notice it. I spend $200.00 and they won’t replace part. They say the the thread spool holder were broken when I came in. If they had tested my my machine I would have paid they to replace it , but apparently they put a part on but don’t actually make sure is sews.....bad service never going back. Expensive and bad service.
