Dr. Hoffman reminds me of how docs used to be when patients came before bureaucracy and dollars. It’s clear he’s patient centered and puts patient needs first. First visit for my problem be found a way to get exams fit in instead of having to come back and be also did the in office procedure right away that actual fixed my issue. I’ve had very few experiences of late in a doctors office that were this pleasant and effective

I went in with no ear pain. After Dr. who didn't tell me he was sticking a drill thing in my ear threw the end of it in metal tray and said there is a piece of wax won't come out. He then said make an appointment to come back and put hydrogen peroxide and water in ear. That was weeks ago. I have been in awful pain since. I went to Urgent care. They pit me on 10 day antibiotic and some pain pills. Then went to regular Dr. Because I can't get into another specialist for 3 weeks. I am now on Cipro for infection and still in pai... read more

I go to see an ENT because of a swollen throat. Once the doctor had discovered I had hearing loss, and hearing aids that were not working, he immediately started trying to sell me on new hearing aids. " Think of all you're missing out on" he said. At the end of the check up, I was lead to a room for a hearing test. A few weeks later, I discover that my standard co pay did not cover the entire cost of the hearing exam.
