Called the pharmacy first thing Monday morning and it seemed a bit unprofessional. I realize it was early but I announced my full name and what I was seeking. She didn’t take note of it and when spelling my name out to her it was as if she couldn’t comprehend what I was saying and spelled it back incorrectly. I’m not sure what’s going on with that young lady but it seemed odd for being my first interaction with Stanford’s pharmacy. I’ve had far better engagement at Walmart. Her name was EsShantell. Except for the one lab lady I talked to yesterday, the staff here is rude and don't listen. I literally kept rereading the part of my medication list and even showing the Dr, that THE Sanford System has listed. I even quoted the parts where it says seek immediate medical attention if you have these severe symptoms, I then proceeded to list more than half of those side effects.
