I was quite pleased with Mr. Sanford and his son. They Painted the upstairs bathroom, linen closet, bedroom, and walk-in closet perfectly. It looks great! My husband will use him to stain the outside of the house starting Monday, July 7, 2024. Mr. Sanford does exactly as he says he will. This includes pricing, date, etc. He will also do a walk-through of the area to be painted and at that time will tell you the cost of the entire job which I loved.
