Dr. Sara Vandrovec and the staff are awesome here. My husband and I are healthcare travelers and work on a time crunch, they were able to get me scheduled right away for everything. I had my first epidural injection (out of 6) that worked with her, the one's after that didn't work... we then moved to a radiofrequency nerve ablation and I can say that the first time in 8 years, my entire body doesn't hurt. Sad to say my low back pain can make your whole body hurt, I feel great so far!

I want to share my experience about pain clinic the staff nurses doctor who takes care of me are great and always follow up if theirs a problem with pain schedule thanks for a job well done!

First off... No, they are not going to just give you pain medication. All of the staff have been great to work with. Melisha Vannet was very caring and compassionate. When I would have questions she would usually respond on the portal within a couple of hours. I also see Dr. Mahajan for back injections. He does a great job explaining the procedure and is very good at what he does in the procedure room. They need to be shut down. No regard to patient health conditions. I complained and was literally punished severely. And don't even think about contacting the patient's relations because they won't do anything. You literally have to go above them all to get your answers and assistance. You can find another clinic that will really give you time and listen to your needs. It's an extremely long wait for assistance. I'll never deal with this clinic again. I've lost complete trust in healthcare at this point.
