I was here about a month ago. The NP didn’t take any of my concerns seriously and acted as if I was exaggerating. I stated crying while on the exam table before she would finally listen to what I was saying and not brush everything off as anxiety and depression. And then they wonder why people wait so long between check ups and don’t prioritize their health. Have compassion and listen to people instead of just trying to herd them in and out like cattle.

I’ve had dr Rachel Peterson for months now as my OBGYN, she is fantastic and I love her, her nurse was gone today, but they had a replacement nurse, I am very unhappy with how she handled everything today, I understand it’s not an easy job but we need to make sure our patients are taken care,they didn’t even take care of my tests to be transferred, I had them called them and talked to head nurse and she took care of things in the best way, I’m just very upset at the way they handled things today, I pay to much for my doctor ... read more
