Nurse was rude and unwelcoming, doctor spent 1 minute in the room with me.
The nurse I had was rude and unwelcoming. I felt as if I was a nuisance for coming in. My first time coming in to the clinic and I had to be the one to say hello and I didn’t even get a response back from her she just told me to get on the scale to take my weight and was aggressive with my throat swab and checking my blood pressure. The doctor was good but I will not be coming back.
I have never been upset or disappointed staff have always been helpful and resourceful. Have recommended to others. My primary Dr is here as well. Great doctor.
Do not recommend in the slightest. Needed stitches asap and was the closest hospital. 2 hours passed and nothing, just sitting here with a gash in my hand bleeding tremendously. Terrible clinic, terrible management.
II went in for a cut on my head after getting an object thrown at my head. Dr. Azure was not very impressive. She did not explain anything, or say anything during the process of getting staples put in. She was not very empathetic and seemed like I was a chore. She didn’t check for any concussions symptoms and when I asked about it all she says is “did you walk in here.” I did have a concussion, and she couldn’t even take the time to look at my eyes or ask my symptoms.
