Have been to this clinic many times. The last 2 visits were absolutely horrible. Unprofessional, rude, incompetent. Will not be returning. I had Dr. Eckroth. I didn't include her name initially, but after seeing other reviews on the same issues with this Dr, I have decided to include her name.
Dr. Two Good was fantastic. Brought my 10 month in with a double ear infection. After I had a full blown anxiety attack over the news, Dr. Two Good reassured me that this was common in young children and even went out of his way to call me every day for the first 4 days of her new medication after an allergy scare about 2 weeks earlier to check in on my child. Typical walk-in clinic. Smaller waiting area. Good wheelchair access and parking. There are several doctors who work at this location, as does my daughter. She says they are very professional and do the best to see patients quickly. If you come here, please be patient with the receptionists and give them your correct information. They are trying to help you get seen as soon as possible.
Sure would be nice if the door was actually unlocked to be seen during hours they're supposed to be open.
