Wanted Eye Examination to be ready to renew driver's license...my insurance covers that no out of pocket $.....but no they coded wrong and Dr worded wrong...refused to have Dr reword had to pay out of pocket...will never go there again. For that reason
Very deceptive practices. They are not upfront about how many visits you need to give you a prescription. I was billed for a contact and eye exam but only left with a prescription for glasses. They should tell you two visits are mandatory upfront. Billing is unethical as well. Billed as out of network yet when contacting insurance they said they were in network and had billed incorrectly.
Dr Hanson was very friendly and caring I definitely recommend her! And the staff were helpful and friendly, thank you for a great first impression!
