Usually I give them a 5 or even a 10 if you could. They are normally very very good and expedient and help in any way possible until this week. For some reason they won't send prescription over to pharmacy .and won't say when they will.i drive truck and have to plan trips around my refill and even work days around refill.i am suppose to go out town for days and now can't go and company has no one else to haul the heavy equipment.
