She was good, doesn't make up for her aweful attitude which needs adjustment. I went to state my concerns because I have had terrible experiences having blood drawn. The medical billing practices of these companies are a joke. Send one concise bill; it’s not that hard.
SELF PAY BEWARE!! I got labs drawn and nobody asked for any money or anything at the time of service. I am self-pay so I assumed they would send me a bill. Three months later I got a bill, so I paid half of what was due ($150) and planned on paying the other half the following month. However, these greedy corporate healthcare companies don’t care and sent me to COLLECTIONS! It took them THREE months to get a bill to me and I paid half of my $300 balance and they still sent me to collections!? There’s got to be something unet... read more
We were there for an hour and a half. They could not get a blood draw on my wife. Multiple techs kept poking her with needles. Complete lack of skills. If you are going to work in a lab you should know how to get a blood draw.
