Their lab services seem ok, nothing special but decent for basic testing. If you want more in-depth testing you'll probably need to go someplace else. However, their billing is terrible. The online system rarely works so I have to call in and make payments over the phone which is a pain because I work during business hours. It can take several minutes for staff to pull up the payment system, but at least the staff is friendly and professional. Wow only one person works here? Had to sit for 10 min while someone else got blood drawn. Then had to go back to waiting room while she entered info into system. Should not take 20 min to have blood drawn.
This place is awesome! I love how I can just walk in and get what ever panel tests done inexpensively and very quickly. I went in Saturday and had 2 panels drawn for a total of $30 out of pocket and was out of there in 10 minutes flat. Minutes after I arrived home, I received an e-mail letting me know my lab results were done and were viewable on the online portal. This is the way healthcare should be, and thanks to Sanford it is.
Funny how they never send a bill out. Then they send to collections? Such poor communications from this company.
