Friendly caring professional and I didn't even feel a pinch.
I absolutely HATE that Sanford has taken over my doctors offices and hospital!!! They are awful! They have made things difficult, cold and very time consuming. I used to be able to call my doctors office and get through to someone immediately now I’m on hold for at least 15 minutes every time just to leave a message! I hate them even more than monument! They have taken away the extra personal service I used to get and turned it into feeling like I’m nothing but another dollar to be made!!

I had direct access hormone testing done at this laboratory. Given the results I received which are not physiological possible in women, I believe my blood was mixed up with the gentlemen who was drawn immediately before me. The result in question was 10x higher than what is normal for a woman. A manager in Sioux Falls told me to go back and get redrawn but Rapid City refused because the manager had gone home for the day and didn't want to deal with it.
