SELF PAY BEWARE!! I got labs drawn and nobody asked for any money or anything at the time of service. I am self-pay so I assumed they would send me a bill. Three months later I got a bill, so I paid half of what was due ($150) and planned on paying the other half the following month. However, these greedy corporate healthcare companies don’t care and sent me to COLLECTIONS! We were there for an hour and a half. They could not get a blood draw on my wife. Multiple techs kept poking her with needles. Complete lack of skills. If you are going to work in a lab you should know how to get a blood draw.
She was good, doesn't make up for her aweful attitude which needs adjustmenting. I went to state my concerns because I have had terrible experiences having blood drawn. She cut me off and said," Stop, don't tell me anything." Excuse me! This is my body, I'm allowing you to poke me! It's not your body! If I have a concern, you listen and be considerate! Their lab services seem ok, nothing special but decent for basic testing. If you want more in-depth testing you'll probably need to go someplace else. However, their billing is terrible. The online system rarely works so I have to call in and make payments over the phone which is a pain because I work during business hours. It can take several minutes for staff to pull up the payment system, but at least the staff is friendly and professional.
