This sanford clinic is a disgrace well not the doctors im talking about there physical therapy department cause if you have a workers comp injury they won't do an appointment if the employer doesn't approve it 1st its been the 1st clinic to do that mayo clinics will do every appointment approved or NOT cause they want you to get better but I guess Sanford clinics are more for the employer than the employee....I say that's BS and i wouldn't recommend anyone that's been hurt at work to go to this clinic as they care more about... read more

You feel like a inconvenience at this clinic. If it isn't the front desk snappy tone...or the nurse who looked at the wrong past appointment and why I was there to follow up. When I mentioned it was the wrong appointment she got rude and snappy and told me I hadn't been in, in April...I could see it on the screen in the record of my appointments. That she was scrolling rapidly through stopping after it was to far up to be seen. She then proceeded to tell me I never broke a rib when I have xrays that I did...same nurse I trie... read more
