Worst health insurance I have ever had in my life! They have questioned every single encounter on my flex card as well as many of my doctor visits. It is of my opinion they do so in hopes a person will be too busy to respond to their demands or misplace the letters they send in hopes you do not respond and then are stuck with the bill. When I called the first time I was put on hold for about 30 minutes then the next day I gave them a call and I was quickly assisted to and given the information that I had asked for
