I made a reservation off their website for my daughter. On their website, it allows you to enter the occupants name and a different name for the billing information, so I booked this room for my daughter and put it on my credit card. They require pre-payment in order to reserve a room. I received an email with the confirmation. On the night of the checkin, at 25 minutes to 10pm, my daughter gets a phone call and the man tells her that she can no longer have the room. She is 6 hours from home, has a baby and no where to go.
