HORRIBLE! One cannot contact anyone in the office, ever. We do not know, nor are given names of personnel of SHA, and their office phones. Meeting of Board of Commissioners overseeing SHA, was to be held on Monday, 3/27/2023, at 6:00 PM, no one there, no notice given, no notice on door. One board member arrived, and he reached out to another on the phone, and he also was unaware of cancellation. In anger he left, stating "I have better things to do".
