Great company I've must say, I get my hearing aid from them alot any time I have a problem, It gets taken care of right away. I must say I'm bout one of the best customers and the hearing aids I have from them works great and guest what I'm always doing updates for the best hearing. Love it when the hearing aids can make me hear and understand other people and it time for more updates. Thank You!
Well organized establishment. nice people. short wait time. they take good care of their customers. ive been coming here for years. take my word for it , theyre the best. thank u, sanford heights. update: 7/31/24 after 5+ plus years (might even say 10+ years) you're family. this particular branch is like the dream team of audiologists. i sincerely appreciate the hard work they do for me. i wholeheartedly recommend them for your needs. The absolute WORST place to go to. We were told it would be 3 months ETA on getting the hearing aids, awfully long time but we agreed. 3 months came and went, called to follow up and was told they had to check if they were in stock. She came back and said they weren’t (surprise) and would have to have her manager call me back. 3 days later, no call, I call back and I’m told to wait another week and call them back if we haven’t heard from them, don’t even bother!!!
