Terrible customer service
Terrible employee at the front desk . Im going through a crisis with catheters I need a quick alternative since im out with a delay in my delivery an too incompetent to just list out options . Just hangs up lol great job. I guess Ill just go to great plains.
BE CAREFUL!!! I went in to get a breast pump for work and when checking out I asked if I owed anything and was told I did not. 4 months later I receive a bill for $400 for a breast pump that I could have bought anywhere else for $250. They could not care less about taking advantage of me. Honestly, anything you could buy at Sanford Equip you can find elsewhere. Please don't support this awful place.
Excellent staff, very helpful
Terrible service. The staff on the phone and in person are unhelpful and unwilling to help. If I had the option to go anywhere else I would.
