Answer the phne it took me five tries over the course of days to get through one time meanwhile My CPAP barely working because I need to get equipment for it
I don't know if anyone actually works there. I have called multiple times and no one ever picks up the phone. I have waited on hold for someone to pick up for more than 10 minutes multiple times.
Have made multiple phone calls to schedule an appointment for my son's orthotics. I've left messages and have yet to be called back. We have now decided to switch to Hanger—terrible customer service.
It has been exactly 4 weeks and 3 days and they have yet to call me about my cpap machine, I cant sleep that well till I get one. This place has bad communication, I followed their orders and after 4 weeks I got no call.
