Called to get a medication refilled - just to send a prescription to a different pharmacy so I can pick it up there that I already had. Receptionist told me that a nurse would call me back. Theyl office closed, I never got an answer. I've also been hung up on a few times after waiting on hold. Audibly heard the phone picked up and dropped back down. This is the only doctor's office a lot of people can reach, so I'm not sure why it's allowed to be this bad.
I am a patient with Sanford in Jackson but I wanted to throw a shout out here to nurse Stacey who was my nurse for almost a decade (previous practice she worked for) her kindness, patience and the way she advocated for me- WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. Sanford in Windom- I believe you are beyond lucky to have Stacey with you guys because I will never forget the impact she had on my life while she was my nurse and even after. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism that I received. It went very quick and they were very helpful.
They really put the dumb in Windom! They all have an attitude problem, it's a nice combo of uninformed and arrogant. They love to give you all the lab tests but won't prescribe any medicine, so nice that they share a wall with the pharmacy 🙄 As far as the reviews referring to the receptionist, I've experienced that unprofessionalism as well. I've had 2 out of the 3 ladies come with sass. Don't waste your time or money, go to a real clinic.
