Absolutely fantastic
I was involved in a vehicle accident and had two broke bones and compartmental syndrome. I was later transferred to another hospital for a specialist but I wish I could’ve spent the 2 weeks in Watford. The staff and facility is top notch. Unfortunately I have been in 3 ERs in the last year so I feel my review should hold some weight. A huge shout out to the OR department in Watford. Carmen at the front desk was friendly- a great start to the visit. Afton Schaper was professional but not uptight. She took her time and listened to me. My test results were available the same day and easily accessible in the patient portal. Afton followed up with phone calls to tell me everything looked good. Great experience.
