My first visit was my last. I called repeatedly and waited a long time to reach anyone by phone just to make the appointment. P.A. was knowledgeable, but a bit snarky with staff, too eccentric and condescending for my taste. I was sent a text telling me to pay my bill, twice within a week, but no paper bill, and no account number included in the text to work with in setting up online/mail-in payment.
