On May 18, an appointment with Abby Wald because I was peeing blood and a number #10 pain. I just seen her a week earlier on May 11 because I have been having trace of all blood in my urine for the last month. A urinalysis was done on that day but no other labs were done. I asked for pain killers and nothing was given. She said she wanted to see what the CT SCAN showed on the May 19th!!!! I called the clinic, and it took over 10 days for them to get back to me!!! This has happened many times to me and other people I know!!! One of the nurses said that they called 4 different times and their was no calls. I have my phone with me all the time. I even went back and checked and NO CALLS WERE MADE. This has happened to other people that I know, too.
Only on of the staff members is kind the others are just plain out rude and they give you a snarky tone I missed the clinic before the changes
I have always gotten quality care. The staff is polite and listens to me.
