I’m literally stuck with a wheelchair for 5 years, Medicare’s rules, that I’m soooo unhappy with because of stupid tire colors!! I wanted a purple chair but Kurt said that after looking into ordering it that it didn’t come with black tires and that the black tires were much sportier than the grey!! Got talked into the blue chair which ended up coming with grey wheels just like the purple would’ve had!! Told me he’d have to order the black wheels and after months of no returned calls from Kurt and I do mean zero returned call... read more

100 percent of the time they get my order wrong. Not once have I got the products I asked for and on occasion get told they have it on hand just to be told onon i get there that it is in the warehouse. The most recent they had to order product from Fargo and they ordered the wrong product and now am waiting for hopefully the right product yet again from Fargo when I was very very clear the first time as to what I needed as they had the order faxed to them in hand and still ordered the wrong product...

Had the best experience picking out my breast pump today. Stephanie did an amazing job answering all of my questions. She was also super patient with it being my first time and not being fully prepared. Thank you!
